Wystający ostry przedmiot, źle zakotwiczone śledzie i silny wiatr lub przekroczona maksymalna ilość dzieci, mogą powodować rozdarcia. Jednak to nie koniec świata. Dziurawy dmuchaniec nie oznacza od razu, iż nadaje się on wyłącznie na śmietnik. Do produktów zakupionych w naszym sklepie oferujemy usługę naprawy. Do zreperowania dmuchańców dobierane są odpowiednie materiały i środki - w zależności od stopnia uszkodzenia. Po naprawie produkt jest w pełni sprawny i wraca do klienta.
Co należy zrobić, aby zamówić usługę naprawy?
- W pierwszej kolejności na adres mailowy - serwis@bilardkaz.pl - należy zgłosić potrzebę naprawy oraz dołączyć zdjęcia uszkodzeń. Podanie nazwy modelu dmuchańca również pomoże nam w przygotowaniu odpowiednich materiałów.
- W mailu zwrotnym od nas opiszemy wszelkie szczegóły odnośnie przesyłki zwrotnej na nasz adres.
- Po naprawie odsyłamy produkt do klienta pod wskazany przez niego adres. Czas naprawy może różnić się w zależności od stopnia uszkodzeń i ilości aktualnych zgłoszeń. Zwykle nie przekracza on kilku dni roboczych.

- W pierwszej kolejności na adres mailowy - serwis@bilardkaz.pl - należy zgłosić potrzebę naprawy oraz dołączyć zdjęcia uszkodzeń. Podanie nazwy modelu dmuchańca również pomoże nam w przygotowaniu odpowiednich materiałów.
- W mailu zwrotnym od nas opiszemy wszelkie szczegóły odnośnie przesyłki zwrotnej na nasz adres.
- Po naprawie odsyłamy produkt do klienta pod wskazany przez niego adres. Czas naprawy może różnić się w zależności od stopnia uszkodzeń i ilości aktualnych zgłoszeń. Zwykle nie przekracza on kilku dni roboczych.

Zdecydowaliśmy się na wykupienie usługi. Po wcześniejszym kontakcie odesłaliśmy dmuchańca do bilardkaz i już po paru dniach wrócił do nas naprawiony i działa do dziś!
